Worst film you've seen

Consider a film which you have seen (at least an hour of if you ended up giving up on it) which you consider to be one of the worst films ever made.
It must be a film which was released in movie theatres during your lifetime.
(preferably it will be a film which Rotten Tomatoes has decided to be 'rotten').
Explain why the film did not work on any level.
